TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist to experience an end-to-end implementation within a globally recognised organisation and well-known brand. You will be responsible for the HR Technology Strategy and functional administration.
- Define HR Technology strategy objectives, clarifies the HR Digital ownership and ensures the objectives are tackled and achieved
- Conduct ongoing reviews to further develop and adapt the strategy and coordinates its implementation
- Track market trends and innovations regarding the latest HR technologies
- Act as Coordinator for changes, updates and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., troubleshooting, user trainings etc.)
- Harmonize and updates the HR process and system landscape and works closely with all HR roles to collect and incorporate feedback / updates / new requirements
- Consult and informs the HR team and the business on new functionalities, applications and solutions
- Act as interface between the HR IT systems, third party vendors and Corporate IT
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Excellent knowledge of the HCM system Oracle
- Previous experience of an end-to-end implementation project is a plus
- Ideally, knowledge of how business processes are configured in the HCM system
- Experience of gathering HR business requirements, running design sessions and translating business needs into Workday solutions
- Previous experience of migrating data from other HCM to the new system
- Experience in the chosen system testing, post-go live support as well as user training
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English. Any other language is considered as an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time permanent position based in Luxembourg
- Position demands a regular presence during standards business hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
