TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and document the company’s sustainability data requirements, considering operational scope and legal and other requirements.
- Establish data collection process in line with requirements of applicable reporting standards
- Develop a comprehensive sustainability reporting standard, inclusive of data needs based on legal and other requirements and processes for data collection, generation, and reporting.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure data quality, resolve data assurance issues, and support KPI tracking.
- Monitor evolving reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
- Set up and manage the company’s sustainability reporting platform, liaising with data suppliers for timely submissions.
- Create and maintain dashboard templates for reporting purposes.
- Analyze data for deviations, risks, and opportunities, and provide routine performance reports,
- Generate regular sustainability reports,
- Ensure annual data submissions,
- Manage workflows for ESG/sustainability data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Master’s degree in sustainability or related field.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in data collection, analysis and reporting with a focus on key sustainability metrics.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of relevant reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements (e.g., ESRS, GRI),
- Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple reporting cycles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
