The Hydraulic/Pneumatic Shop Technician will be responsible for the following:
- Perform repairs, overhauls and testing on hydraulic and/or pneumatic aircraft components
- Troubleshooting faulty components
- Perform all administrative steps of the job (e.g. work cards sign off, parts booking, time recording)
- Operate ground and shop test equipment, according to his/her approval
- Report unsafe or hazardous conditions to the supervisor
- Read hydraulic and/or pneumatic diagrams.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- CATP/ DAP or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position
- Willingness to learn swagging repairs and fabrication of hydraulic lines
- Fluency in English; any other languages are an additional benefit
Working Conditions:
- Full time, permanent position based in Luxembourg
- Vacations and other absences to be planned respecting service needs
- Flexibility, occasionally may be asked to work outside his normal working schedule (within Luxembourg law and the Collective Working Agreement regulations)
- Occasional travel will be remunerated in accordance with Collective Working Agreement
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
