TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES


1-  In charge of a key customers’ portfolio


  • Timely handle all customers’ requests using ERP SAP system
  • Coordinate with all involved interfaces like Key Account Managers, Supply Chain…
  • Ensure regular follow up of all open offers, orders and pending customers’ requests.
  • Create and maintain customers’ records and materials master data up to date in ERP
  • Ensure that documents and shipments are despatched according to customers’ requirements
  • Record of all key documents in ERP Ensure daily shipments and billing
  • Follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with KAM, Accounting and Managers.
  • Keep the customers and concerned persons informed



2- Support to the Customer Service and Division



  • Contribute to the achievement of teams’ targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure that defined processes, rules, and Group’s guidelines are respected.
  • Contribute to continual improvement of processes, new implementations
  • Promote and develop the business in terms of quality of service and customers satisfaction



PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS


  • You hold a commercial/sales/economy degree (2 years degree (e.g. BTS, DUT) or Bachelor) or an equivalent experience.
  • You appreciate working in a multicultural environment
  • You have a fluent level in French, German and English. Spanish language will be considered as an asset.
  • You are autonomous, well organised and a team player
  • You are customer focused and results driven
  • A first experience with SAP or any other ERP would be considered as an asset
