Your field of responsibility

Join us as Account Opening Expert in an outstanding position within our Front Administration Support Team (FAST). In your new role, you will assist Front Teams with the client onboarding on both PB and Funds side by providing niche advice and mentorship.

You will be responsible for reviewing PB and Fund openings sets to ensure they are complete and in line with our internal standards allowing a timely onboarding of clients.

The Front Administration Support Team (FAST), is a highly motivated and dedicated team in a global, dynamic and diverse environment. As part of your new team you will support Relationship Managers located in Luxembourg and our branches in France, Portugal and the Netherlands in providing a highly tailored and personalized service to support their success with clients and the overall success for Credit Suisse.

Your skills and experience

You demonstrate a strong expertise in client documentation and you are used to Front Office and senior management exposure. More specifically you can evidence:

  • University degree in Law or another related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in formalities handling which you have preferably gathered in the Banking sector
  • Good knowledge of the regulatory framework in Luxembourg and abroad as well as legal and financial documents (deeds, articles, contracts, financial statements, etc.)
  • Experience with onboarding of Funds, Legal entities and Trusts as well as in-depth know-how regarding formalities is a real plus
  • Service and customer focus paired with a high degree of reliability
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as interest in economic and financial policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English and French, any other languages (especially German, Dutch, Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus
