Experienced Investment Guidelines Monitoring Specialist

Your field of responsibility


This is a challenging opportunity in product risk monitoring team of Asset Servicing. You will be responsible for setting of rules in our Investment Guideline Monitoring system considering all legal, regulatory, fund prospectus and internal requirements. Your task includes monitoring of fund and Global Custody mandate portfolio on compliance with all legal, regulatory, fund prospectus and internal limits and restrictions. Your will also be actively involved in the set up and change of products, management of identified breaches and communication with involved parties, assessment of eligibility of complex financial instruments as well as related reporting.

Your skills and experience


As an ideal candidate you bring with you:

  • University degree in Finance or bank apprenticeship with additional education (CFA or FRM are additional assets)
  • And/or experience in fund industry with focus on investment controlling
  • Experience in usage of Investment Guideline Monitoring tools preferably Xentis by Profidata AG and relevant market information systems such as Bloomberg
  • Expert knowledge of financial instruments and their relevant regulatory requirements with focus on Luxembourg and Irish funds, UCITS and AIF, knowledge of Swiss funds and related regulation is a plus
  • Good understanding of fund product, risk management, investment management strategies and their use in client portfolios
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside of the organisation
  • Fluent in English. German and French know how is a plus.
