Your field of responsibility
As the local IT Developer you will be a part of the Change the Bank team and will contribute to the continuous growth of the bank by managing strategic changes required by Credit Suisse Luxembourg. Your role will be to propose adequate solutions to business requirements, to perform unit testing, to support UAT and production deployment including required documentation. As the application owner of key applications of the bank, which are based on .NET and java, you will be in charge of 3rd level support and responsible for related new releases, patches and change requests. This position reports to the Head of the Change the Bank team.

The Change the Bank team is an international team with people working from Luxembourg, Poland and India. The team actively delivers projects and solutions to Credit Suisse Luxembourg and its branches and is composed of dynamic and pragmatic professionals in the field of project and solution delivery. These professionals focus on various technologies – software development (.NET and Java full stack, Python, SQL), business analysis and engineering (Business Intelligence, BPMN/CMN, Data Engineering), quality assurance (unit and integration testing, test automation), project and portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile).

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced professional who is able to demonstrate the following:
- At least 4 years prior experience in IT Architecture roles or within a similar function
- Previous experience as technical lead of projects
- Excellent skills in .Net and java
- Experience in workflow tools is considered an advantage
- Proven ability in working according to IT standards
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Good judgment and prioritization abilities
- Experience in L3 support for business applications
