Senior Regulatory Reporting Controller #184368 (F/M)


Your field of responsibility

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and leading the financial regulatory reporting (incl. Basel 3 solvency, liquidity reporting and AnaCredit) for the Head Office and the European branches and analytical reviews; responsible for key controls, reconciliations and adequate documentation; GAAP reconciliations between US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP;
  • Actively seeking opportunities for improvements in the processes and data delivery, eliminating non-value added work and process streamlining;
  • Maintaining the integrity of regulatory records, keeping up to date compliance with regulatory requirements, including preparing compliance with upcoming ECB regulations;
  • Gaining understanding of business lines and models to assemble regulatory reporting implications;
  • Handling the implementation of new business projects towards regulatory reporting compliance;
  • Collaborating closely with foreign branches and other business units of the Group IT;
  • Cooperating with other departments and stakeholders;
  • Being an excellent partner with auditors;
  • Mentor, development and feedback for junior team members.

Your skills and experience

You demonstrate a strong expertise in Regulatory Reporting or related Audit and are used to senior stakeholder exposure in a fast moving banking environment. More specifically you can evidence:


  • 3-7 years of experience in regulatory reporting, accounting or auditing experience
  • Graduate university degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Business
  • Experience in financial and regulatory reporting, including Basel 3 deliverables
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting IT tools (FRS or Abacus)
  • IFRS and/or US GAAP exposure
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools, esp. Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comfortably present to auditors and senior management
  • Validated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Focus on quality and timely delivery
  • Continuous improvement and change mentality
  • Strong team player demeanor
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure
  • International outlook and experience
  • English & German or French fluent
