HEAD OF ANALYSIS & TESTING TEAM (UCITS ) (m/f)

DO Recruitment is delighted to support its client, a well-known institution, in the recruitment of a Head Analysis & Testing team. As Head of the Analysis & Testing team, specialised in UCITS funds, you will be in charge of the complete range of functional solutions put in place with the business lines, as well as managing the team and coordinating ongoing activities.

THE JOB:
-Assist and consult your hierarchical responsible for defining and implementing the strategy of the division,
-Represent the IT service line of the institution,
-Coordinate and lead the activities and projects,
-Plan and follow-up the work of the agents of the division specialised in the OPC service line,
-Ensure the application and respect of operational procedures related to the IT service line,
-Ensure the business continuity of the IT service line,
-Design and modelling of the functional architecture of applications,
-Advocate improvements in terms of processes and/or software solutions,
-Develop solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.

THE PROFILE:
-Master degree in computer science, economics, finance, management sciences/administration and/or law,
-Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of UCITS,
-Good knowledge of the regulatory framework around the field of UCITS/AIFs,
-Experience of at least 3 years in team management,
-Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French and English. German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered a plus,
-Experience with analysis and testing methodology,
-Knowledge of the "Banking" service line will be considered an advantage,
-Proactive, rigorous, and methodical,
-Good writing, analysis, synthesis and communication skills.
