TREASURY & TAX MANAGER (M/F)

 
THE JOB:
DO Recruitment Advisors are delighted to represent a highly successful and innovative international sales company setting up operations in Luxembourg. The incumbent will be part of the Finance leadership team reporting into the CFO. The scope of the role will cover various disciplines mainly focused on Europe but with leadership responsibilities for many global aspects. The incumbent will ensure that  tax costs and risks are minimized by creating and maintaining an efficient financial structure and identifying and executing effective tax strategies and directs and controls the operation of treasury to maximize cash generation and the ability to pay down debt and also ensures that the organization makes correct financing decisions.
 
The core responsibilities will include:
-Monitoring and optimizing the level of cash globally
-Responsible for optimal external financing
-Responsible for loan documentation, treasury policy, interest settlements, netting center
-Implementation of cash concentration
-Monitor compliance requirements resulting from Credit agreements
-Implementation of a process for Forward contracts
-Maintain authorization schedule for payments and reconciliations of bank statements
-Cash Forecasting accuracy
-Financing decisions such as lease versus buy
-Act as main point of contact regarding tax and treasury related topics in projects
-Maintain Treasury manual

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Master's degree in economics or equivalent with strong treasury affinity
-5-10 years of experience in multinational companies
-Knowledge of relevant IT systems
(Experience in handling derivatives, FX and interest rate management)
-Analytical and excellent communication skills
-Cross cultural sensitivity
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team
-Dynamic, pragmatic and result focused.
