Eltrona is a Luxembourg company, founded in 1969. We operate TV, ultra-high-speed Internet, fixed and mobile telephony services. We build and manage our own cable TV and fiber optic infrastructures.
Eltrona currently employs 130 people and has 85,000 customers nationwide.
As part of our expansion, we are recruiting :
Operation Support Agent
Profil & Responsibilities :
· Setup and maintenance on optical platforms
· Setup and maintenance on CMTS and related components
· Setup and maintenance of the monitoring platform, related components and software
· Setup and maintenance of our Datacentres/Pop/Hub structure and equipment including cabling
· Setup and maintenance of optical nodes (Fibrenodes)
· Monitoring and maintenance support for the HFC/RFoG and FTTH networks
· Project management approach on daily business task and dedicated projects
· Redaction of the documentation and process on new and modified setup
· Participate in on duty shifts/calls
· Language English any other language like German, French or Luxemburgish is considered as an advantage
