Group Insurance Advisor (m/f/n)


Your tasks

 

  • You support and monitor the Group-wide insurance portfolio, with a particular focus on the Luxembourg entities, in line with the Group’s insurance policy
  • You coordinate insurance policy renewals and adjustments and conduct negotiations with insurers and brokers in response to changing business requirements
  • You review and update insurance policies, endorsements, coverage proposals and premium notifications
  • You supervise all claims activities as the central point of contact for insurers, adjusters and legal advisors, ensuring timely follow-up, effective internal communication and favourable claim settlements
  • You prepare and maintain claims reporting and statistics for internal tracking and management reporting purposes
  • You support reinsurance processes, including the drafting of contracts and the review of external assessments
  • You prepare and monitor insurance and reinsurance budgets, including premium verification and payment oversight
  • You handle administrative insurance processes, including correspondence, internal workflows and documentation archiving
  • You maintain and update internal insurance communication platforms, such as the Group Insurance intranet
  • You represent the company in court proceedings related to network damages, in close coordination with the Legal department

 

Your profile

 

  • You hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have 2 years of experience in a similar function
  • You are a strong negotiator with well-developed analytical and synthesis skills
  • You are fluent, both written and spoken, in Luxembourgish, German, French and English
