Learning & Development Expert

Your tasks

• You cooperate with management teams to continuously adapt the learning and development offer to business needs
• You develop the learning and development offer by selecting effective and innovative learning tools/approaches, programs or assessment solutions in collaboration with internal clients or external suppliers
• You provide effective solutions to ensure progression of employees towards future roles
• You promote the learning and development offer by managing and implementing existing or new functionalities in our learning management system, using other communication channels, creating learning communities 
• You establish learning reporting and statistical data 
• You ensure a regular follow-up and assess the effectiveness of learning and development materials by using methodologies that lead to tangible and measurable results 
• You train employees on HR-related processes 
• You participate to set and drive the learning and development strategy within the Encevo Group 
• You develop and maintain the internal policies and processes 
• You are the point of contact regarding trainings to all employees

Your profile

• You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or any related field 
• You have minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position 
• You are a communicative and engaged team player 
• You have strong IT and negotiation skills with a result-orientation attitude 
• You are customer-oriented and have an innovative mindset 
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage.
