Learning & Development Expert
Your tasks
- You cooperate with management teams to continuously adapt the learning and development offer to business needs
- You develop the learning and development offer by selecting effective and innovative learning tools/approaches, programs or assessment solutions in collaboration with internal clients or external suppliers
- You provide effective solutions to ensure progression of employees towards future roles
- You promote the learning and development offer by managing and implementing existing or new functionalities in our learning management system, using other communication channels, creating learning communities
- You establish learning reporting and statistical data
- You ensure a regular follow-up and assess the effectiveness of learning and development materials by using methodologies that lead to tangible and measurable results
- You train employees on HR-related processes
- You participate to set and drive the learning and development strategy within the Encevo Group
- You develop and maintain the internal policies and processes
- You are the point of contact regarding trainings to all employees
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or any related field
- You have minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- You are a communicative and engaged team player
- You have strong IT and negotiation skills with a result-orientation attitude
- You are customer-oriented and have an innovative mindset
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage.
