Intern - Referential Data Business Unit Team

As an established market infrastructure player, Fundsquare S.A. provides services to support and standardized cross-border distribution of investment funds. Fundsquare’s main objective is to foster relationships between professional investors and funds.

We offer the opportunity to have a look behind the scenes and to share some knowledge and are looking for an:

Intern (f/m/x) to support our Referential Data Business Unit Team

for a minimum of 4-6 months

Tasks/mission

Support the team in the following tasks:

• Update the database according to documents, static and dynamic data collections
• Control and ensure the accuracy of the collected information
• Analyze, create, correct and enrich Fundsquare’s database
• Ensure the data quality of the database
• Detect, highlight and correct errors
• Improve and reinforce controls

Profile

• BAC +2/+3
• Basic knowledge in economy, finance and fund industry
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Fluent in French and English, any other languages are considered an additional asset
• Enjoy structured processes
• Ability to work in an independent and structured manner, but also as team player with communication skills
• Soft skills: careful, curious, organized, critical thinker, analytical mind
