For one of our clients, a world leading Real Estate firm in constant growth, we are currently looking for an Accountant Controller (M/F) to provide general support to the Accounting Manager.
Your responsibilities will be :
- Prepare ad hoc reports / reconciliations / templates;
- Monitor system data and assist in trouble shooting;
- Assist in set up and review of reporting processes to various parties (investors, Asset Managers, borrowers etc);
- Update & develop Excel templates for financial reporting (Fixed Assets report, Debt calculations, Cash reconciliation etc.);
- Prepare scope for different reports and consolidation;
- Provide support during period closing (monthly, quarterly, annual reconciliations);
Your profile :
- You hold a Degree in Accounting (ACCA or similar);
- A first experience within a Real Estate investment firm would be a valuable asset;
- Familiarity with IFRS/Lux GAAP;
- Fluent in English
- A daily use of MS Office and accounting softwares;
- A good team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
