Client Company Overview:


Based in Luxembourg city, this financial services firm specializes in providing essential treasury, financial, and consulting services to its subsidiaries, affiliates, and the parent company ( over 800 million euros turnover ) is seeking for a motivated Treasury and Office Assistant.


Role Description:


Treasury Back-office Accounting


  • Recording daily transactions in the Treasury Management System
  • Proposing and executing supplier payments
  • Assisting with internal and external audits


Office Management


  • Handling travel bookings and managing monthly expenses
  • Organizing team trips and managing general office paperwork
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and intercompany contacts, and preparing documents for the Board of Directors
  • Managing KYC forms, bank statements, company card statements, and other office and treasury-related documents
  • Coordinating with external service providers for office and back-office-related activities


Requirements:


  • 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong willingness to learn and expand in various tasks
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of French and Italian being an asset
