For our client located in Luxembourg, we are looking for different profiles for long-term temporary contracts. We offer administrative or manual positions (M/F).
Administrative profiles in different departments
Administration, finance, logistics, purchasing, human resources, legal, medical,...
- Performing various administrative tasks: archiving, email management, mail and phone calls management, document and report creation,…
- Specific tasks depending on the department of assignment,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package,
- Knowledge of SAP software is a plus,
- Fluency in French and/or English,
- Experience in an international/European organization would be an asset.
Manual profiles
Forklift operators, logisticians, warehouse workers, …
- Performing manual work such as handling shipment, receiving materials, loading/unloading vehicles,...
- Ability to handle semi-bulky or bulky items,
- Fluency in French and/or English.
