Goeres Horlogerie was established in 1956 by the Goeres family, who continues to oversee the company today. The business specializes in the sale of Swiss timepieces. In 2019 the vision of creating mono-brand Boutiques became a reality and both brands, Patek Philippe and Rolex were divided into two different Boutiques. The Patek Philippe Boutique remained at the known location in the middle of the rue Philippe II and the Rolex Boutique, together with its sister-brand Tudor, was introduced at the historical location “Groussgaaseck”.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Digital Officer – EN/FR/DE (m/f)
permanent – part-time or full-time – Luxembourg-City
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Rolex digital recommendations on all digital platforms
- Manage and maintain the website in order to constantly improve the traffic and visibility of the website
- Ensure to use the right technology to optimise the backend (CMS + SEO) as much as the frontend (design)
- Manage the clients’ enquiries generated through the website and Social Media channels
- Maintain and update Digital Repertories account(s) with the expected level of quality, including client moderation
- Ensure a year-long dynamic content creation and create a local social media editorial plan in line with our digital vision
- Follow the digital marketing activities budget and performances
- Manage our corporate digital marketing strategy to ensure high traffic on the website
Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of digital/marketing experience
- Excellent understanding of the digital marketing main disciplines: digital media, SEO, social media and more
- Coding skills a plus
- Good sense of business objectives and commercial priorities
- Understanding of the daily retail operations
- Strong customer focus, service-oriented and deep knowledge of customer/digital trends
- Excellent language and text editing skills in English, French and German
- Sensitivity to appropriate brand messaging
- Strong interpersonal skills
