Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking a Business development Associate, to support the business development activities of the European Institutions and Sustainability desk within the Advisory department. (m/f).

Main responsibilites

• Assist Advisory leaders on contract proposals, negotiations and communication to win new contracts and retaining clients;

• Develop existing and potential client relationships (account management, organise pre-sales calls) while keeping the database up to date;

• Assist in commercial administrative duties such as weekly internal sales meetings or webinar/ vents organization;

• Support the Business Advisory leaders in coordinating of business development activities for different business lines and client’s types, such as: European Institutions, International financial entities, Public sector institutions etc

Main requirements

·       Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or Marketing

·       Native speaker or native level in English and French

·       2-3 year of experience in proposals and tenders’ preparation

·       Good knowledge of Power Point presentations, Microsoft Word and Excel

·       Open-minded, adaptability with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude;

·       Sales and contact oriented, proactivity and problem-solver.
