Founded in 1998, this renowned company in the brokerage sector, recognised for the excellence of its services throughout Europe, is currently looking for an Authorized Manager / CCO to join their Team of 10 people based in Luxembourg.
We are recruiting for our client an Authorized Manager who will join the Management team to work closely with the 2 Managing Directors, who have been working together for 26 years. This position is strategic because the Authorized Manager will be the point of contact with the CSSF. You will contribute to an innovative environment, to support the growth of the company.
Your missions as an Authorized Manager / CCO :
- Participate in management meetings and potentially on the boards of directors.
- Supervise compliance (AML/CTF), risk control, accounting, and IT security.
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory obligations and manage relations with national authorities (LU, DE, FR, CH, NL).
- Coordinate external audits and interactions with the CSSF.
- Validate customer account openings and co-sign daily financial transfers.
- Prepare and supervise regulatory reports (CSSF, external audit) for various countries.
- Supervise the consolidation of international accounting data and be the privileged interlocutor for external auditors.
At the same time, you will play the role of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), guaranteeing compliance with professional obligations. You will develop strategic action plans to mitigate risks and oversee operational compliance.
Your profile as an Authorized Manager / CCO :
- You have at least 10 years of experience in external audit in the banking / PFS sectors in Luxembourg.
- You have a solid expertise in analytics with a mastery of complex regulations.
- You speak fluent English (mandatory), French and German are a plus.
Your advantages as an Authorized Manager / CCO :
- Annual gross salary over 12 months (depending on experience)
- Leasing supported up to €1000 / month
