Our client, a famous Russian bank is offering a permanent contract as experienced Relationship Manager - Client Relations & Account Opening/Corporate Coverage.

The candidate inputs in the fulfilment of the Client Relations & Account Opening/Corporate Coverage business plan in accordance with the business strategy of the Bank and the Group, legal & regulatory requirements applied in Luxembourg. he accomplishes of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Priority Projects (KPP); establishes and maintains an efficient dialog with customers and business partners in
order to identify new clients acquisition opportunities and execution of clients'
transactions; ensures smooth onboarding process with corporate clients (relationships/accounts opening/closing). He is the knowledge center of the corporate business lines of the Bank with regards to the regulations, policies concerning KYC/KYT/KYCC/AML-TF/tax compliance; he closely follows regulatory developments in the above fields; ensures that each corporate client's relationship is properly aligned with the regulatory and Bank's requirements. He focuses on building multi-product customer relationship and cross-selling with assigned customers; coordinates activities with product departments having business relationships with corporate clients; maintains client focus - keeping abreast of industry trends and developments, understands the client needs to meet clients' requirements in the most optimal way. He participates in respective seminars, conferences and forums; procures the proper analysis of the transactions, structuring, internal advocating and execution of clients' transactions. he has effective internal communication and coordination with the Senior Management and key stakeholders at other departments of the Bank and the Parent/Sister Bank levels; maintains ongoing awareness of the Bank's internal policies, requirements and
constrains.

The perfect candidate has a University degree in business administration, economics or finance (MBA or equivalent); a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience with a leading international and/or Russian bank and/or a top corporate (ideally a combination of experience from the business [Coverage, Credit and/or Product] and Risk Management/Compliance sides), including minimum of 5 years in a similar position; strong analytic and risk management skills; relevant product experience and strong product awareness; excellent track record of client and business wins, strong understanding of applicable rules and regulations; team player with pro-business attitude and balanced credit judgement (business vs. risks), PC literacy; Fluent in written and spoken ENGLISH and RUSSIAN (both mandatory).
