The candidate has to speak English and French fluently. This is a temporary contract. The candidate carries out general secretariat duties and administrative tasks, including preparing standard correspondence; proof-reading and editing texts in English and/or finalising notes, letters and other documents.
He circulates notes for signatures as required.
He handles administrative tasks in relation to the preparation of nomination & transfer letters as well as in the drafting of job descriptions, as required.
The candidate organises validation meetings and interviews, when required.
He launches process for CDI conversions and CDD extensions in PSFT;
He launches interim requests in the system.
The candidate ensures that databases are updated daily.
He ensures that newcomers list is updated daily in the excel file.
The candidate has a certified secondary-level education with secretarial training.
He has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience,
a first professional experience in Human Resources administration would be an advantage
ability to multitask.
He has excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
He has an excellent command of written and oral English and French. Good knowledge of another EU language would be an advantage.
