Are you looking forward to take a new role as an IT Officer Level 2 and 3 - FR/ENG ?
You will join a family group located in Luxembourg. You will be responsible of all of the IT equipments for the company. This company is looking for someone who already has a first background in support level 2 / 3.
Your Responsibilities as an IT Officer Level 2 and 3 - FR/ENG :
- You assure the support to users in the level 2 and 3
- You are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments that make up the company's IT infrastructure.
- You instruct users on new software programs, systems, and advices.
- You guide and instruct employees to help set up systems or fix problems, over the phone or in person.
- You are going to guarantee the functionality, security, and accessibility of any IT system and service.
- You troubleshoot, diagnose and fix hardware or software problems, including diagnosing system failures, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating difficult problems to higher-level IT professionals.
- You supervise the creation and execution of strategies for disaster recovery and guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Your Profile as an IT Officer Level 2 and 3 - FR/ENG :
- A minimum of 3 years' experiences working as a support level 2 and 3.
- You master the majority of these notions: Windows Servers, Office 365, Ticketing Systems, AD, Azure, Network and Security basis
- You must be fluent in French and English. German would be an asset.
- You are autonomous, proactive, ready to innovate and a good communicator.
