Our client, a Trust & Corporate Bank that is currently developing its Asset Management part, is looking for its next Funds Legal Officer in order to support their Legal Department.
Considering their growing activities on Funds and to reinforce their department : You will be involve in a dynamic and human-oriented environment with the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Legal of the Luxembourgish entity in order to develop your skills, autonomy and competencies.
As their next Funds Legal Officer, you are in charge to deal with your client portfolio by advising as a Legal professional, providing legal assistance, organizing various legal activities, participate to the Board Meetings, contact with CSSF, support all the Corporate Governance issues, creating legal documents and advising the clients of the organization on all the relevant legal issues.
You have an academic background in law or finance with a minimum of 3 to 6 years' experience as a Legal Associate, Officer or Legal Advisor in a Financial Company in Luxembourg. You are also oriented to Funds Management Activities. You are able to work both in English and French in an international environment.
Analytic, communicative, organized and reliable, you are constantly aware about new regulations and personally involved in your work.![]()
