Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all SAP core module related processes managed through the SAP ERP applications are running smoothly
  • Responsible for the delivery, support and improvement of processes and functionalities
  • In charge of for SAP system stability and alignment with the business needs
  • Following up on daily support issues and providing technical expertise for enquiries
  • Presenting ideas, options and solutions to business key users
  • Managing the successful delivery of specific project activities, from planning to tracking progress and coordinating the key users and partners
  • Providing production support, resolving issues
  • Managing day-to-day maintenance procedures and upgrades
  • Creating training and technical support documentation

 

Your profile

  • Academic degree in Business or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP modules FI/CO/PP/MM/SD
  • Working experience with:
  • Implementation and support in a global environment
  • ITIL process and change management
  • Intercompany trading scenarios
  • Application integration
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture
  • Experience with ABAP development and/or SAP architecture in AIX / DB2 environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well within a team
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is required; any additional language is considered an asset
