ING
Solutions Investment Management (ISIM) is looking for a Fund Oversight
Officer to support the current and planned developments of its activities
in Luxembourg.
ISIM is a subsidiary of ING Luxembourg. ISIM benefits
from the status of a “Super ManCo” as it has the licenses to manage both UCITS
and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
ISIM oversees Investment Funds distributed by ING group
entities.
Launched in 2014, ISIM is pursuing its development and
its positioning as the Management Company (‘ManCo’) of ING Group and is the key tool for
Investment Fund solutions within the Group.
ISIM is looking for a Fund Oversight Officer to
reinforce its team in the context of the development of its activity.
As a Fund Oversight Officer, you will oversee the activities
of the Central Administration and Depositary Bank of investment funds managed
by ISIM. More specifically, you will perform the following controls:
Oversight and controls of delegated functions (Fund
Administration, Depositary Bank)
Perform initial and periodic due
diligence on the delegatesReview and analyse the Key
Performance Indicators & Key Risk Indicators of the Funds (monthly review/exceptions reports from
delegates)Review the reconciliations
between the Fund records and the custodian recordsOversee the coordination of the
Fund corporate life cycle (dividend payments, general meetings of shareholders,
etc)- Monthly meeting with delegates
Review of the Fund expenses and
the related calculation of ongoing chargesPrepare and/or submit payment of
relevant fees and invoices
Review of the draft annual
accounts and other Fund reportingManage the relationship with the
external audit
Coordination of board meetings,
preparation of board packs, drafting of minutes
Given the size of the team, the Fund Oversight Officer
will also have to ensure support/backup with regard to administrative tasks of the
ManCo whenever needed.

Master in economics/finance or
equivalentPractical experience in the fund industry
(e.g. in relation with fund administration, depositary bank or audit of funds)
