 Job Description

Within a multi-skilled and autonomous squad you will :

• Plan and coordinate, with Facility Management Department, desks/branches/datacenters installation/moves/relocation

• Be the contact for IT suppliers and manage licenses contracts with Procurement Department.

• Project lead/coordination for lifecycle management of end-users devices

• Manage stock, orders, RMA and recycling of IT materials, like laptops, servers, screens, iPhone and iPad, MFP, furniture

• Be the unique contact point between IMAC agents / helpdesk team and level 2/3 engineers.

• Support of facility management department for BCP / DRP plans and events needing IT support/materials.

• Handle technology watch in the area of end-users computing

Experience

• Training level : Bac + 2 minimum

• Experience of several years in an equivalent position is a plus
