The Finance Track of the ING International Talent Program introduces you to a dynamic, competitive, and international environment. In doing so, it prepares you for a potential future role as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Starting with a challenging orientation phase of 18 months, you are assigned to high profile projects or jobs in different areas. After that, you move on to your first position with ING Bank.
Get to know Finance ... then reinvent it.
This Finance Track is all about the internal financial processes, and not about making external financial proposals to clients. On this track within the ING International Talent Programme, you will develop your financial knowledge and agility, both in analyzing internal data and external data of the company and presenting figures to senior management or preparing reports for the Regulators. You will learn how businesses are performing inside the bank, this while working with complex worksheet to prepare reports for the management team.

Your IITP Journey within ING Luxembourg
Your journey will be an eighteen-month trip and will be consist of three six-month steps.
The first step might for example be as an Assistant Accountant in the Financial and Regulatory Reporting department supporting the daily tasks and monthly closing process as well the production of the Regulatory Reports towards the local regulator and the Head Office.
The second step might be to the Financial Analysis & Planning team where you learn how to measure performance of the business lines and to build forecasts and budgets.
Finally, you will join Finally, you will join a finance department in another entity in the ING Group (Bruxelles, Amsterdam, London...).
Your first position.
A first position could for example be as an Accountant specialist within Financial and Regulatory Reporting Team (FRR) or as a member of the Financial Analysis & Planning.
What are the requirements?
To apply for the IITP you should have a recent Master’s degree and a maximum of two years of work experience. You must be fluent in English and French. But the IITP is about more than qualifications. Because what we’re really looking for is a stand-out capacity for leadership. You should be customer-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a healthy dose of passion and are a real team player.
