Process Planner

Your responsibilities:

• Creation of site assembly concept, procurement of offers, project resources planning and budgets estimations
• Conduct site inspection meeting with customers, check the Safety conditions on site and create hazards analysis (Method Statement Risk Assessment)
• Performing of all administrative activities in the installation department in order to support the installation management and project team.
• Tool management: tracking and dispensing of tools, maintenance and servicing planning, performing collective inspections, inspection documentation and new procurements
• Ensure that the installation works are in accordance with quality requirements
• Knowledge of – and commitment to – health & safety procedures in the workplace
• Set-up and develop and support the project structure and responsibilities on-site and supervise the project according to the health and safety regulations as required
• Support estimating department on installation offer cost evaluation
• Conduct eventual site inspections

Your profile:

• Qualified mechanical or electrical education with Technical or Engineering degree
• Minimum 10 Years working experience on construction site
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and; French or German
• Knowledge of any other language is a benefit
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide
