Facility Management Officer Permanent contract (F/M)

Tasks/missions

Support the team in the following tasks:

• Management of contracts and controls of electrical, HVAC installations, safety and alarms’ systems
• Technical preparation for offers for external suppliers and the analysis of the responses received
• Ongoing improvement of procedures and the management of stocks and inventories
• Management of massive and specific printing
• Participation in the relocation and redevelopment of office spaces
• Participation in the organization of different events in collaboration with our communication department
• Management of different systems of video conferencing and technical equipment in meeting rooms

Profile

• BTS, DUT, Bachelor’s degree or a Technical Engineering degree with specialization in electrical and HVAC field.
• At least a first experience with a good technical knowledge in the HVAC field
• Self-motivated, creative, organized, and flexible
• Analytical, Problem solving and can-do attitude
• IT literate with MS Office applications
• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish or other languages would be considered as an asset
• Driving license B
