Customer Service Agent Eng/Fr/All (m/f)
Job description
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Checking the documents
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain Customer databases
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Profile
A first experience in a similar position
Fluent English, French and German
Customer oriented; ability to work within a team
Good Excel and SAP knowledge
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
