MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well-known company located in Bettembourg:
Office Administrator in part-time (M/W)
This is a part-time position at 60%, usually working 5 hours during the afternoon.
You will eporting directly to the General Manager, your tasks will be :
· Being the first impression of the company by welcoming visitors at the reception
· Organizing visits and appointments with clients
· Handling the incoming phone calls
· Managing and follow-up on the postal mail
· Ensuring great meeting room preparation for meetings/trainings/other events;
· Inviting employees to meetings
· Organizing business travels (hotels, cars, taxi, flights, etc.)
· Purchasing office materials
· Supporting the Site Management and partly HR in administrative tasks
· You have a bachelor’s degree in administrative field
· You have at least 3 years of working experience in Reception, Office Management, Administrator department,
· You are fluent in German, English as well as French
· You are dynamic, proactive, result oriented and a team player
· You have great organizational skills;
· Strong knowledge of MS Office; SAP is an asset.
