You are an experienced Financial Accountant (2 to 4 years) who can take charge of a wide variety of tasks.

Our client is a leading European owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate.
Description
- Be in charge of the end-to-end General Ledger accounting (accruals, incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements) tasks for some entities
- Prepare quarterly reports under LUX GAAP or IFRS, and manage reconciliation (including intercompany)
- Month-end & year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements
- Support the consolidation process
- Prepare and review VAT and CIT returns
- Liaise with external service providers related to tax and audit
- Train team members, supervise their work and participate in process improvement projects
- Ad-hoc reports, reconciliation, and other administrative tasks
Profile
- You have a university degree in Accounting, or relevant studies
- You have a few years of work experience in the Real Estate industry (NO FUNDS)
- You have a good knowledge of LUX GAAP and IFRS
- You might have experience in managing or coordinating a small team
- You are fluent in English and French, any other language will be considered as an asset
- You have extensive experience with MS Office, knowledge of BOB is a plus
- You are well-organized, a team player, and result-driven
