To reinforce their Operations Department, we are currently looking for a Back office Employee- Banking Operations
The banking operations department is a back-end team responsible for executing and settling transactions initiated by the front-end teams while ensuring adherence to risk or regulatory guidelines. The day to day activity of the Operations Department consists on Monitoring, Managing, Administering, and Controlling the main tasks and processes to support the activity of the Bank in all financial instruments being dealt with (Equities, Fixed Income, Forex, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Mutual Funds).
Description
Your key responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage and control of banking operations
- Back-office management of portfolios and advisory services
- Daily management of administrative tasks: Custody and cash Management, Tax Management, fees settlement, reconciliation, reporting to clients….
- EMIR/tax/BCE/CSSF reporting
- Design procedures and risk measurements as well as documentation maintenance
- To monitor and manage all operations derived from the Banking Services products: cash accounts, term deposits, transfers, direct debits, loans, etc.
Profile
Your key competencies and qualifications:
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree in economics.
- You have a first experience in similar job gained in a multinational environment.
- Good knowledge of treasury operations and banking practices.
- Fluent in English and French, any other language would be an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet the required deadlines.
