Description

• Review of the private equity and real estate investments' valuations
• Review of the NAV and performance of the investment vehicles
• Review of fund flows, payments and the wider funding process
• Contribute to the preparation of the investors' reporting (private equity, real estate, financial markets, consolidation)
• Provide operational support for the set up of new structures including working with out internal counsel, external advisors and selected third party service providers
• Provide transaction support for acquisitions/divestments including close liaison with investment team to ensure transactions are achieved as planned
• Helping to oversee the provision of services by third party service providers
• Contribute to the production of quarterly management accounts
• Be a point of contact auditors/accountants during the legal audit of the companies
• Involvement in wider operational aspects including corporate administration, invoicing, compliance and KYC, to cash & treasury management

Profile

• Master's degree in finance/audit
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in an audit firm (Big 4 is a plus) with involvement in the private equity/financial sectors (knowledge of the environment, working method, deadlines)
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Autonomous, rigorous
• Accounting and tax knowledge
• Languages: fluent in English, French or Spanish would be a great asset
