NSI -CEGEKA Group is based in Luxembourg and Belgium. The company celebrated its 29th anniversary in 2022. NSI is a provider of value-added IT services (Agile application development, ERP, cloud infrastructure, professional services) for the private and public sectors.
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for various Scrum Master, speaking French & English.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the Group’s continued adoption of Agile and serve as a coach and facilitator
- Be very knowledgeable with agile principles and tools, including Software Craftsmanship’s principles, Agile BABOK, XP, FDD…
- Understand the intrinsic values and purpose of Agile principles against traditional approaches
- Grasp every opportunity to build relationships and partnerships across the organization
- Help the team and organization adopt the Agile principles: you ensure that the team adheres to its principles and processes, adopts new practices and behaviours; you ensure that the organization sees the benefits of becoming Agile; you act as a change agent when implementing scrum
- Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximises the delivery of value
- Identify and proactively remove impediments, be technical, organizational or people related
- Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best
- Work alongside other Scrum Masters
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and have a technical background (developer)
- French & English fluent
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Proven experience in implementing scrum
- Be familiar with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, product backlog, user stories
- Know the difference of roles and responsibilities between product owner, business analyst, project manager and scrum master
- Be committed to agile values and be fully dedicated to the team and its success
- Great didactic, analysis and listening skills
- Comfortable with ambiguous or conflictual situations: in such situations, you know how to convey the right message to the right people, you keep your composure and confidence and do not lose sight of the big picture
- You are genuine, open, confident and courageous
