We have an immediate vacancy for a Receptionist (m/f). For a Permanent and Full-Time Contract
- Welcoming clients, booking and preparation of meeting rooms and other related tasks
- Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate contacts
- Ordering office supplies
- Daily mail pick-up, sorting, and distribution
- Physical and electronic filing of documents
- Assist with general administrative tasks (e.g. follow-up on signatures, payments set-up)
- Keep internal databases up-to-date
- You are fluent in French and English. Any additional language will be an asset
- You are a fast learner able to think and work independently
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with good organisational skills
- You have an eye for detail, take pride in your work and are proactive to suggest improvements
- You are open to learning and changes in an evolving environment
- A previous experience in a similar environment would be preferable
- Confident and professional, you enjoy working and interacting within a multi-cultural environment
