We are looking for a
Training & Development Manager (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about people development and training? Do you have the passion to set-up and realise own training measures? Then join us and strenghten our HR team.
Your main tasks:
- Develop an annual training strategy and catalogue based on individual development plans of the employees, training demands of the departments and the global training strategy of the group.
- Drive the succession planning process and the related knowledge-transfer
- Identify and develop training concepts for specific target groups
- Perform training session and workshops
- Guide and assist the colleagues on all personnel development topics
- Implementation and follow-up of coaching sessions
- Contribute actively to the onboarding program for new employees
- Explore new training trends and best practices and adapt internal standards accordingly
- Optimise training processes and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
What do we expect?
- Masters degree focused on human resources, psychology, business administration or any other related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in designing different training and development concepts
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Structured and conscientious way of working
- People oriented mindset
- Excellent skills in MS Office like PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good level in English, German and French. Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage.
