As a Product Manager Connectivity you will be responsible for product development & management of Internet Access & Networking solutions and services. You will need to be confident presenting technical/commercial propositions for both internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full product lifecycle, whilst working closely with other teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Technical – architecture, service delivery & support teams)
- Interpreting customer insight and market intelligence alongside working with both external suppliers and internal teams to design and build products and Service Offerings to deliver to customers
- Supporting the preparation of business cases and papers to be presented to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support marketing team, contributing to marketing communication campaigns on product positioning
- Ensure all new products comply with both legal and regulatory requirements
- Optimization of the product portfolio, development, evaluation, and implementation of initiatives to improve overall business performance
- Plan and evaluate service delivery indicators including pricing, product mix and retention benefits on all products across the portfolio
- Track assigned portfolio based on defined KPIs
- Own the Go-To-Market process end to end from product concept definition, product implementation and testing to actively participating on the marketing strategy definition
- Creating and organizing the content to explain the different products to both sales
- Support the development of commercial actions
- Support the sales team by assessing the client needs and developing high value solutions
- Participate in the answer to RFP issued by Corporate Customers
- Participate in our internal product trainings as well as external trainings to maintain and grow skills and knowledge of our existing and new products
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience (+5 years) in connectivity product development, management and implementation, such as Fixed Line / Networking / Data
- Knowledge of Internet, LAN & WAN technologies such as DWDM, MPLS, SDWAN or Internet technical ecosystem
- A strong commercial acumen
- Product P&L ownership
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- High level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products
- Strong Project management skills
- Track assigned portfolio based on defined KPIs

Profile :
- A strong technical education with business oriented experience in telecommunications
- A proven experience in the telecom business market and its technology
- Good analytical skills and ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
- Good creativity and entrepreneurship
- Customer driven mentality
- Team player, highly dedicated and accountable
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus
