The Professional Services Delivery Manager for European Institutions is responsible for representing Proximus Luxembourg to our customers, partners and potential candidates ensuring that the expected quality of service is provided in our different contracts. He/she provides input into overall hiring strategy to attract qualified individuals and ensures a positive experience for customers and employees. He/she manages existing teams in order to enhance their collaboration and well-being at work. The PSDM is also responsible for reporting on recruitment activities and services delivery as well as for the continuous improvement of processes and digitalisation.


Main activities:


Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants

- Build relationship with recruitment partners

- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote our brand

Create and implement the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience for the candidate

- Review and shortlist CVs

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews

- Onboarding of newcomers

Manage existing resources

- Annual performance reviews

- Promotions/Performance improvement plans

- Training plans

- Conflict resolution

 Manage customer relationship and liaise with stakeholders of all organizational levels

 Handle customer complaints and take proper action based on defined processes

 Report on services delivery and invoicing/forecasting

 Continuous improvement of processes (cross-department workflows, digitalisation.


Profile :


Bachelor degree preferably in IT/HR/Business Administration or relevant fields

3 years of experience in recruitment

3 years of experience in people management

Team player

Service and customer-centric mindset

Proven managerial skills, able to lead projects and cooperate with other IT and business functions.

Sociable, with strong communication skills

Fluent in English and in French

ITIL Foundation is a plus
