We are looking for:


Audiovisual Technician Support (On-site) m/f



YOUR MAIN MISSION

To maintain and restore the functionality of
AV and video conferencing equipment at customer sites
You will work in a dynamic environment where you can develop your skills.


YOUR ACTIVITIES

• Ensure that assigned customers receive prompt and efficient technical support for AV and video conferencing solutions
• Accepting support requests via phone/email, ticket system
• Opening cases, ascertaining all the necessary information to understand the case Processing assigned service tickets
• Tracking/updating progress, escalating if necessary to downstream support units or the Service Delivery Manager and delivery manager
• Triage/Root Cause Analysis
• Implementation of measures to analyse and resolve incidents of incidents remotely and on site
• Ordering parts/issuing RMAs
• Troubleshooting, documentation and problem-solving for contract customers
• Carrying out appropriate troubleshooting measures together with the customer
• Procurement of required (spare) parts and consumables
• Supporting users of customers in the operating the systems/equipment in the room
• Carrying out preventive maintenance on a regular basis, Including but not limited to: Testing/repairing of cables and various hardware components
• Providing timely and quality support during meetings and installation of connections
• On-site installation of control programs (AMX / Crestron/firmware) - upload and download capability
• On-site support of control programmes (AMX / Crestron/etc.)
• minor modifications (if necessary with the help of a programmer), compiling, upload and download capability
• supporting the sales department with new projects by room inspections and feasibility studies
• Supporting system integration during installation work as well as in their preparation
• Briefings and system training for the customer
• Product testing for the client
• participation in weekly service team meetings
• Updates to Service Delivery Manager and Regional Sales Manager


PROFILE

• At least 5 years' successful experience in a facilities or electrical engineering role,
• IT support or audiovisual assistant
• 3 years' higher education in one of these professions
• Knowledge of AMX / Crestron / Firmware
• Very good command of German, English and French (written and spoken)
• Good presentation, good elocution and good education.
• Sense of service and customer satisfaction
• Rigour, organization and flexibility
• Initiative, dynamism and good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work alone and independently


OUR WORKING CONDITIONS

Permanent contract
Weekly working time: 40 hours/week.
Hours: Monday to Friday According to schedule
Workplace: Luxembourg
