Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting corporate resolutions in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Organizing Board of Directors and General Meetings.
- Preparing detailed and accurate Minutes of meetings.
- Updating shareholders registers, RCS, RBE, and other relevant records.
- Collaborating with notaries to ensure legal compliance.
- Providing ongoing corporate support to the company and its affiliates.
- Upholding and enhancing corporate governance standards within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate legal assistance or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and legal regulations.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
