A Sales Manager- Beverage Industry
Your mission:
- Manage key customer accounts and daily sales activities: order intake, technical assistance, provide leadtimes costs, offers,
- Proactive business development searches and develops new leads by online search, customer visit or industry fairs.
- Continuously seeks for revenue growth and business opportunities turning leads into profits.
- Stays up to date with latest innovations, competitors products and market trends. Feeding technical team with new product development ideas
- Helps developing and defining marketing strategy.
- Follow up project phases and tasks closely to the finalization and successful sale of a new product.
- Interacts and coordinates on daily basics with require departments such as: quality, production, sales, finance, purchasing etc to assure the completion of his tasks.
- Assure optimal service and effective communication to all customer network.
- Helps unblocking bottle necks and technical/price/time barriers with R&D and project team
Our expectations :
- Must have:
- Commercial or business university degree, if possible with master degree
- Previous experience on international sales
- Minimum experience on sales of 5 years with proven successful records of business development and new customer acquisition
- English and German or French
- Project management skills or experience are important asset
- Experience in Beverages or Leisure industry
- Soft skills :
- Team player
- Flexible
- Organized
- Outgoing.
- Nice to have :
- Technical understanding is a big plus.
