Within the context of our business development, we are seeking to engage a:
Head of Product Management (M/F)
Your mission:
As the head of the Product Management Team of the Company, you will lead a team responsible for product management and development.
Team’s main tasks are to:
- Ensure proper management of investment funds including schedule management for important events from creation to termination of a fund.
- Negotiate with Japanese affiliates and lawyers in Japanese as part of the Japan Desk.
- Review fund related documents to be filed with authorities.
- Conduct periodic and ongoing monitoring of delegates and reporting.
- Lead the conclusion and renewal of agreements with delegates.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage
- At least 10 years’ experience in the field of fund industry; knowledge in funds distribution is an asset
- Strong understanding of fund’s lifecycle from launch to liquidation;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities;
- Initiative and hands-on approach;
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese is mandatory; business level English is essential.
