Who we are
SolarCleano is an ambitious start-up based in Luxembourg. You will be part of a young and dynamic research and development team with responsibilities from day one with great freedom to manage your projects in a fast-paced environment. We specialize in Solar Panel Cleaning Robots that significantly increase the efficiency of their installations.
We design and build autonomous cleaning robots, combining advanced robotics, automation, and embedded systems. Our robots operate in real-world industrial environments, and we are expanding our team to ensure top-level customer support and reliability across hardware and software.
Your role:
We are recruiting a new engineer to help with Electromechanical design. The candidate must be autonomous, flexible, team-player and willing to learn.
Required Skills:
- Strong hardware intuition (sensors, actuators, wiring, troubleshooting)
- Versatile across mechanics, electrical engineering, and programming
- Strong logical and analytical mindset
- English proficiency, French would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and electromechanical design using Autodesk Inventor
- Technical drawings and documentation
- Electrical schematics, wiring, and commissioning
- Motor drive and PLC programming
- Debugging, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
