• Design, document and rollout Operating Models
• Support team in managing portfolio of initiatives
• Provide support to all Onboarding team members to execute critical path activities in Onboarding processs
• Internal stakeholder management
• Set the best delivery, documentation (internal and external), and execution standards that are of the highest professional and competitive standards
