Your Role...

The Junior Communication Officer executes communication and/or marketing activities for the Interdisciplinary Centre of Security and Trust, targeting different internal and/or external parties in order to:

  • Implement an integrated communication strategy for internal and external audiences
  • Increase the visibility of the SnT on their service offering
  • Facilitate the information exchange within the organization and contribute to the implementation of communication strategies and the achievement of communication objectives
  • Implement media, marketing and campaign activities and reporting (statistics, data analysis…)
  • Establish and maintain relationships key stakeholders of the SnT
  • Support for writing content for external and internal dissemination (websites, news outlets, newsletters, brochures) and adapted to different target audiences on print and online channels
  • Support for designing, maintaining and updating different webpages using content management systems
  • Conceptual design and editing of communication print material (reports, flyers, brochures, event material)
  • Maintain communication databases. Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative analysis of communication activities to benchmark and further process improvements
  • Budget follow up


Your Profile...

  • A degree with a specialization in communication and/or marketing
  • First years of work experience in a similar position
  • Proven ability to adapt to new situations, develop and implement creative solutions in a complex, multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at a number of levels
  • Skills in digital marketing, communication and data analysis
  • Skills in design and command of relevant software
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Master standard Microsoft Office applications and experience in using content management systems to build websites
  • Fluency in English and French is a must, German and Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset
