Your main responsabilities will be:

- Definition of the strategic orientation in middle and long term
- Definition and implementation of the commercial strategy
- Developing and promoting constructive relationships with customers in country
- Driving the development of marketing strategy and product offering/portfolio
- P&L responsibility for the Business Unit
- Manage a growing team of commercial and administration

Profil recherché :
The profile should have the followings skills and experiences:

- Good knowledge in the following areas: IT, Digital signage, media
- At least 5 years in marketing and commercial management experience in an international environment
- Experience in leading, motivating and driving people
- Proven leadership builder
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in French, German and English
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated success in management
- Excellent communication skills and charismatic personality
- Financial and administrative skills.
