Liberation Management is an independent Fiduciary Group with offices in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Founded in Guernsey in 2007, Liberation holds a full Fiduciary Licence in each jurisdiction in which it has an office.

David Rowlinson, Jacqui Le Noury and John Dercksen, the founder Directors, have worked together in Fiduciary and Financial services for over twenty years. We are able to provide a wide range of personal and professional services to the Trust and company world.

UNIQUE APPROACH

Our approach has always been that every client has their own unique set of requirements; we respond by getting to know our client, understanding those requirements and helping them to structure their affairs accordingly.

Our Directors travel extensively to meet clients in order to get to know them so that we fully understand their requirements. We are always happy to work with professional intermediaries and advisers to ensure that every client achieves the best advice and service. Our independence allows us to provide fully impartial advice and recommendations. We do not take commissions from any third parties and we believe in a fully transparent and reasonable pricing structure, which is always agreed in advance with our clients.

The products and services that we offer are not fully detailed in this website as we prefer to discuss each client’s requirements individually in advance of establishing the correct structure. We enjoy helping people to achieve, maximise and protect their wealth and ensure that they, their assets, families and benefactors are protected and can thrive.

The Company commenced operations in Luxembourg and the Netherlands on 1st October 2014 following a merger with the Fiduciary business of Fidessa S.A.

The senior personnel in each office are well known to the Liberation team having already worked together for many years and they share the same principles, ethics and goals inherent in Liberation Management.
