PRODUCT DELIVERY OFFICER

As member of the Product Delivery team you will play an important role in how Advanzia collaborates across departments and support the growth of our business in a fast-changing environment. Within the Product & Growth department, the Product Delivery team is responsible for the requirements and change management. The team supports all business stakeholders and IT Services to deliver smart end-to-end banking solutions and products, which improve business processes and gain value for our customers. This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.

ABOUT THE JOB l What will you do?

As a Product Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex business requirements as part of projects and/ or change initiatives
• Provide end-to-end business solution proposals and recommendations for implementation according to your analysis, including technical solution design aligned with delivery and architecture teams
• Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT Services)
• Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners
• Perform feasibility studies and in-depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives
• Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise (business) processes

ABOUT YOU l What’s your background?

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or computer science
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good practical knowledge in requirements engineering or product management and functional solution and process design
• Knowledge of banking/payment platforms, or API-driven processes
• Practical experience working with agile/lean methodologies like Scrum or Kanban would be an asset
